Use this test video for calibration and testing of your internet connection, video and audio quality.
This is the format and screen size you'll be viewing during the BLITZ.

We will have the link for each presentation next to the corresponding time on the schedule. This link will appear 15 minutes before the meeting begins and will only be accessible during the scheduled time. After the meeting is complete, the link will be disabled and the new meeting link will be posted 15 minutes before the next scheduled time. This will continue throughout the day Saturday and Sunday. A backup link for a prerecorded presentation will also be listed, in the event you experience technical difficulties with the main links. All of the presentations will be recorded for backup purposes.

Projector with necessary cables and power for viewing internet based broadcast from laptop computer.

Projection Screen or blank projection surface.

Sound system capable of playback of audio from broadcast and monitoring for entire audience.

High speed internet connection (At least high bandwidth DSL or Cable of 1.2Mb).

All BLITZ host locations must have experienced A/V technical support on-sight.

All BLITZ host locations must provide experienced, on-sight Presenter in the case of technical difficulties.

In the case of technical difficulties, all presenters will use provided WV Presentation format for the BLITZ.

Host must have printed Income Disclosure Statement available for each guest.
